Since the beginning, And Rising has been home to a network of inspired people. We've always found that brilliant minds get along with other brilliant minds. Networks of high-calibre people who have been on a journey can learn so much from each other and often collaborate or work together.
Early on, we quietly encouraged founders and client partners to consider which of their professional friends we should work with, learn from, or invest in. This turned out to be a brilliant idea. People inside and outside our networks met other people inside and outside our network, and good things happened.
And we got to thinking that we should begin to formalise our network and incentive structures to foster more of those good things.

Welcome to And Rising's Scouts, an exclusive group that combines the best of venture capital-style scouting with the support, knowledge, expertise, and networking opportunities of a private members' club.
The group comprises founders, marketers and thought leaders. Collaboration is our superpower as social creatures.
What do you all have in common? You are all connected to the world of brands, marketing, ventures and tech. You have specialist expertise or networks of their own and share a passion for brands making a difference.
By harnessing Scouts' collective power, we can identify promising new people to work with, foster meaningful partnerships, and positively impact brands and marketing services.

As a Scout, you will have access to a limited range of high-value benefits plus opportunities to connect, learn and contribute.
1. Exclusive Access: You'll be invited to occasional, intimate private events to meet and network with fellow Scouts and industry experts. These events will inspire and broaden perspective, tackle particular topics of interest, and help the community stay ahead of the curve. The community inevitably encounters its shareable goodies, swag, invites, access, and discounts.
2. Retreat & Rise Up: With a VIP pass, experience our flagship event, a luxury two-day retreat in the wilds of Cabilla, Cornwall. Immerse yourself with other visionary leaders, founders, and entrepreneurial marketers in an environment of learning, growth, and rejuvenation.
3. Referral Fees: Introduce And Rising to a specific project, brand, or campaign and receive an uncapped introduction fee of 10% of the value of the first project. We recognise the value of your network and believe in rewarding your contributions. If, for whatever reason, you are conflicted about accepting a fee, we'll donate the same amount to a charity of your choice instead.
What's required of me?
No formal time or effort commitment is required. Nor do you have to have any prior experience of being an intermediary. However, you need to be able to make valuable introductions, have early insight into things others don't and refer fee-paying work.
Most importantly, you must positively contribute your energy, support, knowledge, friendship, and kindness to benefit the Scout network.
