When was the last time you gave yourself 48 hours to live in the present, where mind-made stress can’t reach you and where your best ideas can emerge and be championed by others?
We’ll rise with the sun and Cornwall’s wildlife and end each day sharing around the fire pit, ground in nature through hiking and wild swimming with sauna sessions and sound baths, all accompanied by a spiritual journey of delicious food designed to nourish ourselves and our work.
We'll bring our bodies into their parasympathetic nervous system with pranayama (breathwork), meditation and yoga. We’ll let go of limiting beliefs, hear from those who have scaled their brands to success, and learn from one another’s experiences in the startup, brand and marketing world.
All while setting positive intentions as we prepare ourselves and our brands to unlock opportunities for success at scale. Our pilot, held last year, was a huge success, and we're gearing to allow wider access to the programme, albeit places will remain limited and on a selective basis.
